Under limited supervision and within given authority, adjudicates to resolution Property & Casualty Claims of variable severity, complexity, and exposure in primary and excess lines of business that will include: Construction, Specialty lines, Commercial General Liability, Commercial Auto, Professional Liability. The role may also include: Construction Defect, Cyber Liability, and Public Entity liability. This position will direct handle claims and also oversee work performed by Upland’s Third -Party Claims Administrator.
